As early as 1710, Deacon NathanielFox was mentioned among proprietors of thereserved land in the township of Dracut. Heestablished a small farm within a mile of theOld Yellow Meeting House, and thrived on generation increased its size and value,but Milton Fox made the Fox farm famousby acquiring three other farms adjacent to theoriginal land, and forming them into a greatwhole. The late Frederick Albert Fox hasincreased the size of his fathers possessions,and now the Fox farm contains over onethousand acres of the most fertile land in this. --5^1-^-^ Cc^ ^^x^ i i MIDDLESEX COIWTV T683 part of the country. The four groat productsof the farm are milk, hay, cabbage and pota-toes, and each is produced in wholesale quan-tities. The herd consists of eighty cows. (For early generations see preceding sketch).
