YOKOSUKA, Japan (Jan. 21, 2018) The 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) has its brow installed after completing its dry dock period. The ship and crew now enter a final upkeep and training phase in preparation to become fully mission capable for operations.
