A boatman rows his Shikara boat on Dal Lake during a cloudy evening in Srinagar. Fresh snowfall in the higher reaches of the Kashmir valley and rains in plains have pushed the night temperature above the freezing point across Kashmir. According to reports, two avalanches were reported in Kashmir valley, resulting death to one labourer while another missing.
