Casa-Museu Medeiros e Almeida, Lisbon, Portugal. John Riley was born in London where he was apprentice to Isaac Fuller and Gerard Soest. In 1681 was appointed court painter by King Charles II. Catarina de Bragança married to Charles Il of England in 1662, where she lived for 30 years.
