Bush thrifty, extra hardy and wonderfully productive. Berry large to very large; of exquisite flavor, and ripens just before Gregg. A great acquisition. Gregg—Of great fine quality; very productive and hardy, It takes the same position among black caps as Cuthbert among the red soits. Xo one can aSord to pe withoat it. Gault—The only perpetual rasp- beriy known. A chance seed- ling from rihio. Canes thrifty and hardy. The first crop ripens about with Gregg, is more abundant, and continues in beai-ing for three or foui- which time the new canes begin to fruit and con- tinue until checked by frost. This lat- ter crop does not of a few scattering berries, but immense clusters, often num- bei-ing 100 hemes on a smiiie stalk. Fruit large size and delicious flavor.
