PEARL HARBOR (Dec. 2, 2016) Pearl Harbor survivor Donald Stratton salutes a wreath presented by the USS Arizona Reunion Association during a ceremony to honor the fallen men of the Pennsylvania-class battleship USS Arizona at the National Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl in Honolulu.
