Two Waved Albatross are seen walking along a track towards camera whilst two men are passing them by also on the same track. The birds are ignoring the people who cannot be identified. This is on Espanola Island in the Galapagos Islands in May during the breeding season. Model releases are not necessary as you cannot see the heads/faces of the people in the picture passing the birds. They are really there for scale.
