As Hurricane Florence made landfall, members of the Pennsylvania National Guard and the Pennsylvania HART (Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team) relocated from Joint Base McEntire, South Carolina to Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. Sending a CH-47F Chinook and their UH-60 Blackhawks together with their flight crews and rescue techs. This elite team has positioning itself to support the state of South Carolina for rapid helicopter rescue response.
