Baker, Jr., master of transportation,writes: The Central Traffic Association havegranted our application for excursion rates to theCleveland meeting, and it gives me pleasure toannounce that the rate from all points in theirterritory to Cleveland will be a fare and one-thirdfor the round trip, on the certificate plan.
