PORT MORESBY, Papua New Guinea (April 17, 2017) Lt. Matthew Steffins, from Chestertown, Md., discusses bridge operations with members of the Embassy and their families during a tour of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Comstock (LSD 45) as part of the ships visit to Papua New Guinea. Comstock, with the embarked 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (11th MEL), is in Port Moresby to conduct activities and training that will enhance New Guinea relations as the two nations work together for a stable and prosperous Asia-Pacific region.
