The quartz veins are narrow, but gold can be observed at anumber of places. Magnetite, iron pyrites and copper pyrites were observed in theveins. The country rock is Keewatin greenstone, which is intruded by narrow dikesof reddish porphyry. Copper Ore On a group of claims in Lebel and Teck townships the Dane Mining Company isprospecting for copper ore.
