Jost, Air Force, commander, Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC), makes remarks during a change of command ceremony onboard Naval Station Norfolk. Jost received command from Rear Adm. Paul C. Spedero, Navy. JECC’s mission is to provide planners, public affairs specialists, and communications capabilities to Combatant Commanders to enable the rapid establishment of a Joint Force Headquarters or in support of other missions, exercises, or planning efforts.
