A practice bundle drops into the ocean near Andersen Air Force Base, Guam after being dropped by a Japan Air Self Defense Force C-130H Hercules assigned to the 401st Tactical Airlift Squadron, Dec. 1, 2022, as part of Operation Christmas Drop 2022. Practice bundle drops are meant to hone skills necessary to safely conduct drop operations during the rest of OCD 2022, with practice bundles recovered by nearby crews.
