Someof the walls remain standing to the height of about15ft., and are composed of very regularly squaredstones. To the south are the ruins of a small townor village, but no plan can be made out of thearrangement as at Sebaita. In the valley, belowthe fort to the west, is a house, m a very perfectstate of preservation, but we had not time to visitit. At a little distance from the town, on the south-east, is a cave (probably once used as a reservoir) inthe liill-side; here the Arabs believe that a pot{gidr) full of wealth lies buried.
