Medics with the 399th Field Hospital treat patients from a simulated mass casualty as Observer Coach / Trainer (OC/T) teams give guidance during Regional Medic at Fort McCoy, Wis., July 18, 2021. Approximately 200 personnel assigned to support MRTC are serving as OC/Ts and support staff to run Regional Medic Fort McCoy for a training audience of approximately 2,400 personnel inclusive of Active, Guard and Reserve forces.
