Cottage with porch was build in 1890. It belonget to Nikolić family from Alin Potok village. The cottage is build for each married son and his family, mainly for the purpose of sleeping and keeping of personal belongings. Influenced by theelements of Ottoman achitecture, the people added porch with high fence to the cottage by time. The porch protects the entrance from the wind and rain; it is used to air the sheets during bad weather. It is also used for leisure time, even for sleeping during summer months. The porch is often called divan, but komak (Zlatibor and Osat region), čardak or hyatt (Raška) as well.
