Onboard the Nimitz Class Aircraft Carrier, USS JOHN C. STENNIS (CVN-74), a Hospital Corpman Second Class from VAW-121 administers the Anthrax vaccine during an air department sweep. The six vaccine shots are required over 18 months, followed by an annual booster. The STENNIS is deployed in the Persian Gulf in support of the Southwest Asia build-up.
