Dimapur, India 13th February 2017: An Indian woman ragpicker walk pass by a group of praying Naga Women protesters during a total bandh across the state by Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) against 33% women reservation in Urban Local Bodies (ULB) election in Dimapur, India north eastern state of Nagaland. Normal life in the Indian north eastern state were effected as the Joint Coordination Committee continue to protests against the government decision for the 33% women reservation in the Urban Local Bodies Election in the state. Three persons were killed and scores of injuries in clash with security personnel since the bandh started in January 28.
