The examining board should be com-posed of the Medical Officer of Health(or the Chief Plumbing Inspector) andtwo plumbers, one to be a master plumb-er and one a journeyman plumber, ofnot less than ten years experience, tobe named by the Medical Officer ofHealth and the chairman of the LocalBoard of Health.
