A. F., which is to be conducted under the management of H. V. Swen- son, South Dearborn street, Chicago, to which is to be transferred, as soon as possible, the stock of electrotypes, signs, stickers and other dealers' helps handled by the promotion bureau. The bureau remains as part of the adminis- tration offices of the society, 1170 Broadway, New York. Lack of Funds. In everything but funds the organiza- tion of the publicity campaign is com- plete. It is unfortunate that a better response is not made to our appeals for contributions
