David Coker, president, Fisher House Foundation, Inc., presents Joan Shalikashvili with dedication plaque in honor of Gen. John Shalikashvili during his speech at the ribbon cutting ceremony for the second Fisher House on JBLM, Wash., Nov. 17. The Fisher House provides families a "home away from home" with no lodging, food and transportation cost to visit loved ones receiving medical attention.
