SAN LORENZO, Puerto Rico – Tech Sgt. Ben Green, Air Force 85th Engineering Installation Sqaudron, descends a 200-ft communications tower on Montaña Santa in the Bosque Estatal de Carite. The 85th EIS were participating in a mission with FEMA's Mobile Emergency Response Support (MERS) to attach a 22-ft antenna to the top of the tower to improve FEMA and other disaster responder radio communications.
