Police wall lamp at the Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4TE


This shows a Police Wall Lamp at the Historic Royal Dockyard at Chatham built and repaired ships from the Spanish Armada through to the Falklands Crisis. It is now a first class visitors centre including a comprehensive collection of Lifeboats. The Famous Victory was built here. She left in 1778 for sea service. Later she became Nelson’s flagship and the in battle of Trafalgar.
