Chief Petty Officer Jeramie Hoffer, Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) Mobile Utilities Support Equipment construction electrician, and Petty Officer 1st Class Joe Gugala, NAVFAC EXWC construction mechanic, inspect the circuit breakers and other devices before the equipment is sent to another location Aug. 30, outside the Allman Maintenance Facility on Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. The two Seabees were sent to disconnect the 2500 kVa substation which aided the 595th Combat and Control Group facility to ensure their aircraft stayed mobile.
