TheWestport substation is located miles from Baltimoreat the power house of the Consolidated Gas, ElectricLight & Power Company, from which this companypurchases electric energy. The Jones substation is from Westport and miles from Annapolis. The Jones substation, which was constructed in 1914,is a one-story structure built up of 13-in. brick wallson a concrete foundation and with a concrete andthree-ply asbestos roof. Its over-all dimensions are asfollows: Length, 45 ft. 2 in.; width, 30 ft. 8 in., andheight from ground line, 20 ft. 6 in. The present equip-ment in this station consists of two 300-kw oil-insulatedself-cooled transformers, 13,200 volt primary 765 voltssecondary three-phase twenty-five cycles;
