DC 20-7-18, Gorse Fire, Spring Lane, Cork City. Today at 2:30 yet anothe gorse fire was lit in the Ballyvolane/ Glen Area, The fire was lit on a dirt path between Spring Lane and the North Ring Road, beside a railway track. The fire was quickly brought under control by Cork City Fire Birgade who have been battling countless gorse fires over the previous few weeks.
