LOS ANGELES (SEPT. 6, 2017) Chief Mineman Tyler King, from Clinton, Utah, left and Mineman 2nd Class Kenneth Hermosillio, from Los Angeles, perform maintenance on a Klein 5,000, a side-scan sonar device used to survey the ocean floor, following a successful recovery operation, while on board Avenger-class mine countermeasure ship USS Champion (MCM 4) during an underway off the coast of Southern California.
