Zeynep Alaybeyoglu, an administrative assistant assigned to the 39th Air Base Wing, hoists herself onto the bed of a truck during the Spanish Pegasus Race at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, Oct. 1, 2022. The race, organized by the Spanish Patriot Unit, consisted of eight obstacles ranging from rope climbing to mud crawling and a four-kilometer run. Events like the Spanish Pegasus Race encourage cohesion and teamwork between individuals to strengthen the relationship between and Spanish forces while allowing the NATO partners to have fun.
