London, UK - 24 February 2016: Cambridge House at 94 Piccadilly London was once the home of Lord Palmerston and subsequently until 1996 the premises of the Naval and Military Club, known as the The In and Out Club because of the distinctive signs on the gates. According to Wikipedia, now owned by the Reuben Brothers, it is currently being converted into a single home, possibly the highest value in the UK, worth maybe about £250m after renovation is completed.
