(No rucdel) To all whom it may concern: Be it known that I, Thomas A. This invention relates to the bearings inwhich the armature-shaft of a dynamo-electric io machine is supported, my objects being toproduce an even wear upon the journals, pre-venting grooves from being worn therein; toproduce also an even wear upon the commu-tator-cylinder of the machine; to produce an 15 effectual lubrication by distributing the oilover the whole length of the journals, and toretain the surplus oil which runs down fromthe bearings, instead of allowing it to drip overthe sides of the pill
