Sandra Uptagrafft, a Phenix City, Alabama resident and motor transport operator with the 98th Training Division (Initial Entry Training), fires her pistol in the Civilian Marksmanship Program’s Excellence in Competition Match at Camp Perry, Ohio July 15. Uptagrafft earned her Bronze Distinguished Pistol Badge by finishing in the top percentage of the more than 380 competitors.
