Petty Officer 2nd Class Kevin Lekich, a boatswain's mate aboard Coast Guard Cutter Healy, deploys a buoy and small, wooden boats on an ice floe Sept. 24, 2015, as part of a project for school children to track their boats as ice floes move and shift across the Arctic.
