Take up with the right index the transverse string on the left palm from the proximal side, give it three or four twists and return. Pass the left index through the right index loop from the distal side, take up the right hand palmar string from the proximal side and return through the Fig. 213 Drop the thumb and little finger loops of the right hand and draw the hands apart.
