Hand arm vibration syndrome


Hand arm vibration syndrome is a condition which can effect the circulation, sensory and motor nerves and cause musculo-skeletal problems. It is also known as Dead Man’s Hand. It is caused by the use of hand-held power tools, such as road breakers. Sypmtoms include blanching of the fingers, numbness, tingling and pain.
