160331-N-BL607-007 ATLANTIC OCEAN (March 31, 2016) – An MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter from Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 48 sits on the flight deck of the guided-missile cruiser USS Monterey (CG 61) as the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) transits astern. Monterey and Ike are underway conducting Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) with the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group in preparation for a future deployment.
