The Avro Arrow successfully makes its way under its first obstacle: a rail bridge on Dufferin north of Steeles Ave. A representation of Canadian aviation history was moved from it's place of birth at Downsview Park to an exhibit at the International Centre in Mississauga. The full size replica of the Avro Arrow was moved in an intricate ballet of tractor-trailers and police escorts after The Canadian Air and Space Museum was closed to the public after its lease was terminated at Downsview Park in September 2011.
