William Christian, Navy Emergency Preparedness Liasion Officer for Florida, conducts a hurricane preparedness contingency inspection of Naval Air Station Jacksonville. This inspection was done as a part of HURREX and Citadel Gale, annual exercises led by Fleet Forces Command and Commander, Navy Installations Command. Over two weeks, the exercise challenges the Navy to review, practice and validate their response plans and operational capabilities to adverse weather.
