This is a 14th century chapel near the small city of Morieux on the Brittany coast along the area know as the Emerald Coast (Cote d'Emeraude. The beach area is around 800 meters from here and this chapel is now occupied as a private residence. Very few people walk along here and it appears as it did from centuries ago. The picturesque aspect of this photo is very reflective of the pride of the people of Brittany in their Landscape and landscaping. A calmness and tranquility envelopes this area as one can take a trail from the Moriuex area to St Brieuc in Brittany and many areas along the coast
