Jissoji Temple Garden the temple itself was established in 1387 as a temple devoted to Kannon, the Goddess of Mercy. The garden is well known for its beauty in the Tsukiyama style of Katsuyama garden which ihas been listed as a Shizuoka Prefecture designated scenic spot.
