The Cathar Knights is a cement sculpture by Jacques Tissinier above the A61 autoroute at the Aire De Peche Loubat service area.


The Cathar Knights by Jacques Tissinier is a concrete sculpture consisting of three 13m high 'Cathar Knights' at the Aire De Peche Loubat rest area on the A61 Autoroute des Deux Mers near the city of Carcassonne. The scuplture was erected in 1980 and acquired by South of France Motorways in 1982 for 190,000 francs.
