The Christmas tree in the lobby of the Rookery Building in Chicago. The highly decorated tree rises to meet the skylight in the famous lobby of the building in Chicago's Loop. The building was dsigned by famed architectts Burnham and Root in 1888. The lobby was remodeled in 1905 by Frank Lloyd Wright. The lobby was restored to the original Wright design. The building is a Chicago Landmark and added to the National Register of Historic Places as well as being listed as a National Historic Landmark.
