Staff Sgt. John Staats, an All Guard team member and instructor with the National Guard Marksmanship Training Center, conducts a small arms firing school before competitors begin the day's events on May 17, during the 2021 Chief, National Guard Bureau Postal Matches (CNGB)—Phase III. The (CNGB) Postal Matches are hosted by the National Guard Marksmanship Training Center and this year it was held at Camp Butner Training Center, Hampton, North Carolina due to COVID-19 restrictions.
