An Italian chiselled flintlock pistol,1st half of the 18th century. Two-stage barrel,octagonal then round after a cut girdle,with smooth bore in 12 mm calibre. At the breech several marks that were originally filled with gold. The flintlock cut in relief. Lavishly carved walnut stock(forestock with replacement),three-dimensionally cut iron furniture with rocailles and trophies of war,the wooden ramrod with horn tip. Length 28 cm.
