BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan (Dec. 18, 2016) - Gen. Mark A. Milley presents the Air Medal to Sgt. Michael Charles during a ceremony held near the Forces Afghanistan headquarters here. Milley is the Chief of Staff of the Army, Charles is a UH-60 Blackhawk MEDEVAC helicopter crew chief who helped save the life of an Afghan National Army Soldier during a Sept. 21 combat operation in Khost Province.
