The 16 "Partnership for Peace" nations that contributed troops are Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovak Republic, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. In addition, the following countries provided observers to the exercise: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Czech Republic, and Denmark.
