PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Feb. 1, 2017) - Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Phillip Price, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, sends in a nine-line report in response to a simulated mass casualty drill during Command Post Exercise (CPX) 3, Feb. 1. The intent of CPX is to establish command, control, communication, computer and intelligence infrastructure to prepare for the battalion’s upcoming field training exercise (FTX).
