The car parks at Serpentine Green Shopping Centre are packed with vehicles on what is usually one of the busiest shopping days of the year, the last full shopping Saturday, before Christmas. A strike by RMT workers could also have increased the number of people travelling to Shopping Centres in their vehicles.
