Members of Canadian Auto Workers Union local 27 keep a watch over an assembled but yet to be painted locomotive that was manufactured in London at ElectroMotive. The company owned by Caterpillar locked out its workers on January 1, 2012. Caterpillar is seeking a court injunction that would allow the engine to move from Ingersoll to the paint shop to be painted and delivered.
