A Djiboutian Armed Forces (FAD) service member and the Yoboki Primary School headmaster introduce Capt. Ray Harrvey, Civil Affairs team leader with the 450th Civil Affairs Battalion East Africa, to the Yoboki area during a site visit organized to build relationships and engage with the local populace in Yoboki, Djibouti, on March 7, 2023. During the visit, the Civil Affairs team was welcomed by the school headmaster and the FAD and appreciated the hospitality from the Yoboki community.
