Clach Steineagaidh Standing Stone at Scarasta, Borve. West coast of Harris, Outer Hebrides, Western Isles, Scotland. SCO 6328

This standing stone appears now as a single monolith overlooking one of the most beautiful stretches of shore in the Hebrides, looking towards the island of Taransay. But when it was first erected, it was part of a complex that included a large stone circle of 12 or 13 stones, possibly surrounded by a circular ditch.
